Hotel Room Reservations: Book your room once you have registered for the conference.

Studio Superior, Standard Unit & Studio Deluxe Unit: $139.00 + 9% + 7%
One Bedroom Suite: $169.00 ++
You must be registered for the conference before you book your room.
Group Reservations: Complete the Sunday River rooming form. When you click - the form will be downloaded for your use. You must register for the conference prior to booking your room(s).
Individual reservations can be made through the Reservations Department at (800) 207-2365 or by completing this form. All reservations and deposits must be received by September 20, 2020 and guaranteed by a first night room deposit via credit card. Be sure to reference the NE CAP Spring conference and group code:

Cancellations: Reservations canceled between receipt of deposit and 15 days prior to arrival forfeit a $50,00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival forfeit the entire deposit amount. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or downgrades.
Check-in time is guaranteed at 6:00 p.m., but guests will be allowed to check in early if their room is available. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.

The Jordan - approximately 15 minute drive. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from all activities.
